Database

On 31 December 2020, the openGTN project has released the first version of the public database with simulated and synthesized cardiac, brain and spine MRI.  The database contains MRI data without pathology.

In the first week of March 2021, MRI data with pathology has been added to the database.

All data is for non-commercial use only.

The data is stored in OSF, a free platform to store and share data, to enable research cooperation. To access the data an OSF account is required (can be freely created on https://osf.io/). Furthermore, a request for access to the simulated/synthesized MRI data has to be made via our contact form.

Note that only requests in English with a clear description of the purpose of using the data will be taken into account!

A more detailed description of the access mechanism, the terms and conditions for using the data, and the database contents can be found in this document.
