The openGTN project still has 1 vacancy for an early-stage researcher on the development, optimization and validation of MR image segmentation methods using machine learning. The aim is to develop methods that are insensitive to the specific image contrast, and insensitive to patient and scanner variations. Simulated MRI data with ground truth annotations will be used to support the image segmentation research.
The vacancy is meant for persons with an MSc degree not older than 4 years, who have not lived/studied/worked in the Netherlands for more than 12 months in the 3 years before starting employment at Medical Image Analysis group (IMAG/e) of the Eindhoven University of Technology.
